This notice explains what information this website collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you choose to share

When you submit an appearance inquiry or general message, the form may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, organization, inquiry type, preferred date, location, estimated audience size, and message. When you join the email list, the site collects the email address you provide.

How the information is used

Submitted information is used to review and respond to messages, coordinate a possible performance, speaking engagement, interview, or other appearance, and send occasional music or story updates when you request them. It is not sold or rented to third parties.

Storage and access

Website responses are stored with the website’s hosting service and shown in a private dashboard. Access is limited to Scott Robb and authorized website administrators. Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested updates, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations.

First-party site analytics

This site uses a first-party analytics system to understand legitimate visits and improve music, event, and storytelling outreach. It records the pages viewed on this site, general referral source, campaign tags included in a link (such as UTM source, medium, and campaign), and interactions such as streaming-service clicks, Bandsintown clicks, video plays, email signups, booking-form activity, and other major calls to action.

The analytics system does not use third-party advertising cookies or create a persistent cross-site profile. A temporary session identifier is kept in the browser for up to 30 minutes of inactivity. Network and browser information is converted into a one-way pseudonymous security signature used for bot filtering and rate limiting; the raw address is not stored in the marketing analytics tables. Global Privacy Control and browser “Do Not Track” signals disable this first-party measurement.

Marketing analytics are retained for up to 14 months. Known automated traffic and requests for nonexistent pages are excluded from marketing reports and recorded separately in a limited security log retained for up to 30 days.

Outside services

This site links to services including Bandsintown, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. When you visit those services, their own privacy policies and practices apply.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted through the site, subject to any information that must be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons. You may also unsubscribe from email updates at any time.

Security and children

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect submitted information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.
